Fastest way to reach a person

Settings → Sources → the "+" button. Sign in with Plex (or enter a Kodi host/port directly), then tap "Sync Now" when prompted. Your library should populate the Browse tab within a few seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on its size.
DemoFlex only shows movies with at least one scene (a "flexmark") marked on them — an empty library view after a sync just means nothing's been marked yet. Open any movie and use the "+" on its timeline to add your first one.
That's iOS asking for Local Network permission the first time DemoFlex talks to a device on your home network — the request briefly fails until you answer that prompt. Allow it, then try again; this only ever happens once, on a fresh install.
Make sure the Plex or Kodi app is actually open and visible on the target device, not just powered on. DemoFlex can tell that Plex is running, but has no way to tell whether it's the app currently on screen — that's a limitation of Plex's own API, not something in DemoFlex's control.
Check Settings → Unavailable Movies — it lists exactly which movies currently have no live source, and why (never fully synced, or the connection it relied on was removed). Re-adding or re-syncing a matching source reconnects it automatically.
Long-press it in the flexmark browser and choose Report — that includes everything needed to act on it. For anything not tied to one specific scene, use "Report Content or Contact Us" in Settings → About, or email the address above directly.
